The Bachelor's Degree Program in Medicine is currently accredited by the Consejo Mexicano para la Acreditación de la Educación Médica (COMAEM), the Mexican Council for the Accreditation of Medical Education.

Master's and Doctoral Programs in Biomedical Sciences

The Master's and Doctoral Programs in Biomedical Sciences are recognized within the National Graduate System (Sistema Nacional de Posgrados) of CONAHCYT under Category 1.

Master's and Doctoral Programs in Nutrition Sciences

The Master's and Doctoral Programs in Nutrition Sciences are recognized within the National Graduate System (Sistema Nacional de Posgrados) of CONAHCYT under Category 1.

The Facultad also holds an Environmental Quality Certification granted by the Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Ambiente (PROFEPA).
