Doctors that are noted by their innovative capacity, realistic and global sense, with ethical principles and high level of social responsibility that impact the quality of life of human beings through prevention, healing, rehabilitation and research activities.

By 2030, the Mexicali Medical School will be a reference institution at a national level and with international recognition. One that contributes to the generation and application of knowledge, with accredited programs, consolidated academic bodies, linkage programs to the community through the training of leaders capable of solving health problems in a comprehensive and humanistic way.
